Did you know that we have a unique genetic sequence that dictates the unfolding of our true nature? Perhaps, the purpose of life is to unlock this secret, hidden inside our DNA for eons.

We live in the epoch of the seeker. We’re seeking for truth, our identity, the meaning of life, where we came from and where we will go. We ask questions like where does happiness exist, and is it the same as fulfilment? What we thought we are seeking all long is not fulfilment, but the hope of belonging. We are currently 7.7 billion people on earth, hence 7.7 billion views of life. How diverse & beautiful can this golden path for each of us be?

Yet our true purpose is not an external thing. It is a quality of our consciousness. There is no technique or button to press to raise frequency. Only understanding at the level of pure being. It cannot be forced by sheer will or demanded, if you do so, then this path is not for you.

So, how do we unlock our unique hidden purpose conceited in our DNA? We only can tune into, through surrender to life. By slowing down, listening inside ourselves to our intentions, there is no need to do anything. By trying to pre-empt and force it, it’s not coming out. It is like your favorite radio channel, you can only hear the music when you catch the right frequency.

All relentless and excessive doing of Yoga, meditation, breathing exercises and tons of other teachings serves only the construct of the mind. These are activities aiming to help us to release something, emotions or an unhealthy habit, e.g. smoking. But at the end we are exchanging a habit with another habit. They bring no awareness or awakening per se, rather are tools to use on this way. Compare that with reading a book, the book doesn’t make us smarter or more loving, but the content is a potential door opener and the words are the key to understanding and then eventually we can embody and live it. After that we don’t need to exchange a habit or doing with another, it ceased to exist and is no longer necessary.

I’m a natural seeker and more and more I understand that our life purpose is not a goal, but rather the path itself. And so, the seeking, the mind game, slowly fades away. And a wonderful feeling of peacefulness hits me. It’s like a dance, sometimes we follow the rhythm of the lifepath, and sometimes we side step. It gives a certain stimulus of cadences and melodies between extremes – sometimes we fall into melancholy, and other times we have a rush of joy.

We can see three indications of an unhealthy seeker: the one who either gets obsessed with one or more teaching methods, with a teacher or the path itself. Seeking either brings someone directly to wisdom or is a total distraction. But before we can escape this prison, we need to understand that we are in prison and live in a victim mentality. On the way to unlock our purpose we meet resistance through people and circumstances. And when we start to understand that these obstacles are gifts in disguise, transformation can take place.

Every relationship in our life brings us the opportunity to find a deeper relationship to our true purpose.

And let’s face it, relationships can be hard on us – when we don’t honour it fully. Sometimes we bring an end to a relationship without giving it everything, it is just easier. It is not a failure if it ends. All things have life cycles. But an ending may well be a lost opportunity, even if it’s a life depleting or abusing relationship. There is no situation that cannot teach us to open our heart more. There is no relationship that cannot bring us to a deeper sense of our own true purpose. Often the more intense the relationship, the more potential value it holds for us. It can make us physically & emotionally warmer and open hearted when we allow ourselves to see this gift, even in the tough times. It doesn’t mean tolerate abuse or bad treatment. When we resent people and get consumed by hurt, we act out of our ego nature, out of victim mentality. We fight against these painful feelings. Only to get drained further into the dark worm hole of self-destruction.

We nowadays get taught to sit with these darker feelings to be able to transcend them. But I realized that this is just half of the truth. No fight ever brings an end to human conflict. The warrior of light inside of us does not fight the lower nature of our being. He doesn’t fight anger, fear, sadness, frustration & pain, he accepts them. He absorbs the lower forces of darkness deep inside himself, so they can evaporate and fall flat through his actions, not activities, and by doing so shines purity out bright. This is not about winning or loosing a battle. On a gift frequency we are not self-consumed.

The reason why so many people get stuck with their shadow work, they want to do something against it, any activity they can find and therefore the door of their golden path to life purpose will rarely be unlocked.

But if we accept the shadow is just there, something magical starts to happen – we unleash a chain reaction of liberation, which is not an event. Its is a provocative energy, a force which strips us down to our true being and test the limits of surrender. It’s a feeling of a mental & emotional rebirth after the seeking has ended.

This energy of liberation ultimately provokes the liberation of freedom, and utter respect for life. And this is not about willpower or grit or to feel good about yourselves no matter what. The difference is our shadow exert will to achieve dreams, our light uses intention. A totally different frequency. It is not a self-esteem movement measured by how positively people feel about themselves. But true and accurate measure of one’s self-worth is how we feel about the negative aspects of ourselves. A healthy dose of self-doubt for example is very valuable, because it lets us stay humble, become self-aware & reflective on our path for purpose. Always value it over being right, feeling good & getting revenge.

Happiness cannot be pursued, it is a side effect of one’s dedication and surrender to a cause other than oneself. Let it happen by not focusing on it and it will follow automatically, because you forgotten to think about it. Fulfilment will cause a mutative shift and reorganises our DNA and the hidden code may unlock.

Our life purpose is like a romance of a lifetime – an endless discovery of characteristics, surprises and places together – enjoy the flight.
